Job Description

1. Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field is often required.

2. Oracle Fusion Expertise: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion applications are essential. This includes proficiency in one or more Oracle Fusion modules, such as Oracle Fusion Financials, Oracle Fusion HCM (Human Capital Management), Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management, Oracle Fusion Procurement, or Oracle Fusion Customer Experience (CX).

3. Technical Skills: You should possess technical skills related to Oracle Fusion implementation, configuration, customization, and support. This may include knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Fusion Application Development Framework (ADF), Oracle Fusion Data Integration, and Oracle Fusion Security.

4. Functional Knowledge: As an Oracle Fusion Specialist, you need a good understanding of the functional aspects of the Oracle Fusion applications you specialize in. This includes knowledge of business processes, best practices, and industry-specific requirements. For example, if you specialize in Oracle Fusion Financials, you should understand accounting principles and financial management processes.

5. Implementation Experience: Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion implementation projects is highly desirable. This includes involvement in all phases of the implementation lifecycle, such as requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

6. Business Analysis: Strong business analysis skills are essential for gathering and documenting requirements, translating business needs into system solutions, and providing recommendations for process improvements. You should be able to understand and analyze complex business processes and configure Oracle Fusion applications to meet those requirements.

7. Integration and Customization: Knowledge of integration methods and tools, such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite, or Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS), is beneficial.
